I'm currently working on a research project to identify and solve some of the most annoying problems developers go through in learning to code and finding a job.
From the research I have done so far, finding a mentor is an issue that came up frequently. In an effort to continue this research and give back to the dev community, I launched this small initiative to connect developers with suitable mentors.
Here is the breakdown:
A free initiative I decided to make to personally connect a few developers with mentors for one-off sessions or long-term mentorship
Ideal for aspiring and junior developers to work with volunteer (free) or paid mentors for both technical and career guidance
Open to everyone from anywhere and mentorship is done online remotely
Helps me learn more about this audience and continue my research for future project ideas
We will have a chat to discuss your challenges and career goals. From this conversation, I will be able to understand your background and connect you with a suitable mentor.
I will send you both volunteer and for-hire mentors based on your goals and current stage.
In case there isn't someone in my network who fits your profile, I'll recommend a few mentors from different platforms (again both free and paid mentors to choose from). The mentors span the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Africa, India and many other regions.
Submit your request in the form below (takes just a minute to complete), and I will reply back within a day or two.
In case slots fill up or you don't match, I will at least tell you where to look.

Feel free to email me on (firstname.lastname@example.org). Happy to connect :)
